Synapse is a nonprofit organization that provides a powerful social support network for individuals with brain injury through the facilitation of peer support groups and a one-on-one volunteer buddy program.​

Peer support group meetings are held twice monthly at each of our chapters. Chapters also offer a buddy program connecting students and individuals with brain injury and plan lectures by physicians and researchers on the latest advances in the field.
